Beauty & Brains Enterprises will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all non-clearance items received within 14 days of receipt of purchase provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. Refunds will promptly be credited back to your account.
Items received after 14 days but within 30 days will qualify for store credit.
Exchanges
For exchanges, you may still return the item within 14 days of when you received the exchanged item. Overnight shipping charges are non-refundable. Please indicate on your receipt whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired size.
Defective Product
If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three business days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return and full refund. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept and issue refunds of defective items at our discretion. Beauty & Brains Enterprises is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Clearance Items
There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on any clearance items.
How to Send Back Your Return (US Orders)
All domestic orders ship with PREPAID return mailing labels. To ship an item back to Beauty & Brains Enterprises, simply pack your item with the original receipt into a USPS priority bag/box and affix the prepaid mailing label. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.
Beauty & Brains Enterprises is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
